I had severe dental anxiety and from the first consultation I had with Dr Wegner I began to feel more at ease. The office is beautiful and state of the art. The office staff is great, from the front desk to the lady who scheduled my surgery. They had to get clearance from my rheumatologist before they could schedule my surgery and they handled everything they contacted him directly and I didn't have to get involved. During the consultation with Dr Wagner he explained everything so throughly and he was very non-judgemental. I was very nervous about the IV sedation because I had never gotten sedated before. Dr Wegner explained to me exactly how I would feel. The morning of my surgery I was very nervous but the dental assistant was wonderful, so calming and very professional at getting everything set up. When Dr Wegner started the IV sedation I didn't even know. The surgery went great I would recommend this practice and Dr Wegner to anyone a hundred times over. I have to get more work done and am not nervous at all. If you need an oral surgery Dr Wegner is the one!!

I had an amazing experience with the entire team. The dental surgeon provided exceptional care from start to finish, explaining every step of the procedure and offering constant reassurance that helped calm my nerves. Their compassion and professionalism made a difficult experience much easier. A special thank you to Kendra, who went above and beyond with her kindness. When my emotions got the best of me, she comforted me and even wiped away my tears. That level of genuine care meant more than words can express. I truly appreciate the entire team for making me feel supported, cared for, and comfortable throughout my visit. I highly recommend this office and Dr. Sepideh Sabooree to anyone looking for compassionate, outstanding dental care.

I highly recommend Dr Sabooree at Carolinas Center for Oral & Facial Surgery in Concord, NC! I needed to have a molar extracted and was apprehensive going in. As soon as I arrived, I was was greeted by Ella and Sara who warmly welcomed me. Dr Sabooree spent time to explain the procedure and set me at ease to proceed. Dr Sabooree did an amazing job along with her assistant Kendra. Kendra gave me explicit post-op instructions. I was out of there quickly! They certainly earned a 5 Star rating from me. Went for wisdom teeth extraction , I had a great experience at Oral & Facial Surgery and wanted to take a moment to recognize the team for their professionalism and care. Dr. Sabooree was outstanding—knowledgeable, calm, and very reassuring throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel confident and at ease going into the procedure. Her assistant, Kailie, was just as amazing. She was attentive, kind, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. You can tell she genuinely cares about the patients she works with. I also want to give a big thank you to the front desk staff. From scheduling to check-in, everything was smooth and efficient. They were friendly, welcoming, and made the entire experience feel organized and stress-free. Overall, I highly recommend this office to anyone needing oral or facial surgery. The entire team works together seamlessly, and it truly shows in the quality of care they provide.

I recently had a very pleasant experience at the orthodontist. From the moment I walked into the office, the staff was friendly and welcoming. The waiting area was clean, comfortable, and well organized, which helped me feel relaxed before my appointment. The Dr. Sepdiah took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood the process. They were gentle and careful while working, which made the visit much more comfortable than I expected. The assistants were also very kind and helpful, checking to make sure I was doing okay throughout the appointment. I appreciated how professional and patient everyone was. Ella in the front was nice and Sara broke down my financial obligations and it didn’t leave me feeling bad.The whole visit went smoothly and I left feeling confident about my treatment. It was a positive experience, and I would definitely recommend this orthodontist to others looking for great care.
